Synopsis

Given that on many occasions the assignments sent are multiple, students tend to get frustrated by not being able to complete all the tasks, causing what is known as stress, which is a disorder that causes acute or chronic diseases such as cardiovascular problems. , which means that the university student, who does not have adequate health, cannot concentrate in classes and, consequently, acquires poor academic performance, in addition to affecting his health.
Due to this, various strategies have been used to deal with the stress generated in university students because it not only damages the physical and mental health of the student, but also does not allow them to assimilate the information that is taught, which harms the learning of the subject and of course their academic performance is dramatically affected. For this reason, students are required to be organized and establish times to carry out each activity, so that they have fruitful learning that expands their knowledge and improves their skills while avoiding discomforts such as stress and its repercussions. which is addressed in this book.
