He has extensive management and consulting experience for companies and public institutions. Principal undergraduate teacher at the National University of Moquegua and postgraduate teacher at various business schools.

PhD at the Carlos III University, Madrid, MBA at ESAN Business School. Experience in areas of administration, operations, finance, public/private projects in the electrical, mining, educational and other sectors. Co-founder and General Coordinator of the Economic Development Institute at ESAN, educational management and postgraduate professor. Currently, professor and researcher at the Graduate School of the National University of Engineering.

Economist graduated from the Universidad Católica Santa María de Arequipa-Peru, university extension participant of the Central Reserve Bank of Peru, with postgraduate studies in public management and finance at the National University of San Agustín de Arequipa, economic development in regional territories by ECLAC. She is a manager of local governments, advisor on concerted development plans, strategic and operational plans of local governments and technical advisor on bills, on economic matters.
