Synopsis

It is important to highlight a methodological form that has been an extraordinary learning tool since ancient times: the game. The game is a very common and easy to understand concept, although the established definitions are not yet precise, but mainly it is a concept of great importance.
If children and philosophers agree on something, it is the relevance that play has in people's lives. It is, without a doubt, not a trivial activity, but transcendental in the formation of the human being. For this reason, various thinkers have dedicated extensive hours of reflection to this concept. Many agree that it is an inherent element of the human being and that it is expressed in different ways throughout life.
In that sense, the presence of games in the educational sector cannot be ignored, mainly during the primary stage due to the playful nature of children. However, there is a problem in the way of conceiving this concept (game). It has often been related to time-wasting activities, even antagonistic to education; and it is probably because there is no systematization of the game.
It should be noted that the game is a tool that must be systematized; That is, organize and strengthen yourself with the application of (playful) techniques, because only in this way can you perceive their usefulness.
In this sense, the present study seeks to relate recreational techniques with the orientation of employment decision-making in the school environment. In this way, it will be possible to estimate its usefulness and its implementation or reinforcement in educational centers, with a view to achieving a competitive education that takes into account the future of the students.
